Policies
Non- Discrimination Policy
It is the policy of Children In Need, Inc not to discriminate against any person
requesting services, because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,
family status, age, national origin, or disability.
This policy shall be posted within all interview and waiting areas of Children In
Need, Inc. to assure that all persons are fully aware.
School Absenteeism Policy
It is our policy to discourage absenteeism. If Washington County
Schools are open, your children should be in school. CIN’s mission is to keep children
in school by providing the necessary items for them to be successful. Please remember,
CIN has a direct tie to the school system and we cannot dismiss the issue of absenteeism.
If your children are here when school is in session we are obligated to notify the
Pupil Personnel Office. If your child is sick, they should be at home.
